Chads Design Build has constructed strong relationships with our clients since 1992. Our commitments, which spell our name, guide us to provide excellent services to our clients AND to deliver a "no regrets" remodeled home.

Communication

Successful remodeling requires constant communication between you, our staff, suppliers and subcontractors. We labor to ensure that you are involved in the process every step of the way. We use CoConstruct project management software (available in web-based and app versions) to keep you updated because it lets us track and record the details of your remodel in an easy-to-access format. CoConstruct is an excellent platform to keep you informed of changes and current on the progress of your project. It is designed to keep communication flowing smoothly, and our clients satisfied and stress free.

We pride ourselves on remodeling each home as if it were our own. We take great pride in every task we perform to assure quality that stands the test of time, and we keep you informed and involved from start to finish!
